Project Overview
We were engaged to develop the brand identity and end-to-end UX design for an innovative Ed-tech platform built for parents, educators, schools, and learners. The goal was to translate the product vision into a clear, trustworthy, and scalable brand experience—while designing a user-centric platform that simplifies learner tracking, coursework management, and classroom operations. Our team crafted a cohesive visual identity, intuitive workflows, and an insight-driven interface that empowers all stakeholders across the learning ecosystem.
By replacing multiple disjointed tools and manual processes, Klasbod empowers educators to save time, reduce administrative tasks, and focus on what truly matters: teaching and student growth.
Design Approach
We followed a structured, human-centered design process to ensure every solution aligned with user needs, platform goals, and brand positioning.
Research & Discovery: We conducted stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and product audits to understand user frustrations, expectations, and opportunities for differentiation.
UX Strategy & Flow Design: We mapped user journeys for parents, teachers, students, and admins, then designed streamlined dashboards, coursework flows, and communication pathways.
UI Design & Brand Identity: We created a modern, scalable identity system from colors, typography to iconography and applied it across clean, responsive UI screens and high-fidelity prototypes.
Results
Our work delivered a unified brand and product experience that strengthened platform credibility, improved usability across user groups, and positioned the product competitively within the Ed-tech space. The final design enhanced clarity, boosted engagement, and equipped the client with a consistent system ready for development and market launch.
